1. agreement to terms

by using the Rally website, iOS app, waitlist, or any related service, you agree to these terms. if you don't agree, please don't use Rally.

2. who can use Rally

Rally is designed for college students and young adults who want to volunteer. you must be at least 13 years old to use the service. if you are under 18, you should only use Rally with permission from a parent or guardian.

3. your account

you are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and secure. don't share your login details with anyone else. if you notice suspicious activity on your account, let us know right away.

4. user conduct

Rally is a community built around doing good. you agree not to:

• harass, spam, or mislead other users or nonprofits
• post false information about events or organizations
• use Rally for commercial advertising without permission
• attempt to break, hack, or interfere with the app

5. volunteer events

Rally helps you find volunteer opportunities, but we are not responsible for the events themselves. nonprofits and event organizers manage their own activities, schedules, and requirements. always follow their instructions and show up responsibly.

6. termination

we may suspend or remove access to Rally for anyone who violates these terms or behaves in a way that harms the community. you can stop using Rally at any time.

7. disclaimers

Rally is provided as is. we work hard to keep everything accurate and running smoothly, but we can't guarantee that the app will always be perfect, error-free, or available. use it at your own risk.

8. changes to these terms

we may update these terms from time to time. if we make significant changes, we will post the updated version and update the date at the top. continued use of Rally means you accept the new terms.

9. SMS / text messaging

Rally uses SMS to send account verification codes (one-time passcodes) and event-related messages to users who provide their phone number. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Phone numbers are collected only when you choose to provide them, and consent to receive SMS is obtained when you enter your number and request a verification code in the app.
